youtu.be/WeOUFONcrtoI filmed this ride on the first day of operation of route 13 with Tower Transit from Victoria to North Finchley. This is the first part. I travelled on an EvoSeti bodied Volvo B5LH, LJ17 WRV, the first in the batch of EvoSetis ordered for Tower Transit routes. I found the ride very enjoyable and was busier than expected, but after Golders Green, the bus was much emptier. Personally, I would have preferred the just the 13 and 113 to get extended, leaving route 82 as is. This would therefore increase capacity as the 82 is usually very busy at peak times, running down a highly demanded corridor, but what's done is done! Also, on my way back from North Finchley, I filmed a short ride on route 139, now with London Sovereign. The route uses mostly 13-reg VHs but there were some 65-reg VHs running too. My 139 happened to be on diversion, however. Lastly, and in my opinion, I felt that information announcing these route changes wasn't as signposted as much as expected, with me only seeing detailed information at the Golders Green Bus Station! Enjoy the video, and if you want, comment your views on today's changes.
