I'd quite like to see Heuliez bring the GX337 range to the UK. They are good looking buses which look like a cross between an E200MMC and a Scania OmniCity SD and also have a similar sounding hybrid engine to the Enviro400 MMC. They are also comfortable on board. This is what they look like, managed to snap them while I was in Paris in April. RATP have a whole load of them in Paris so if anyone were to order them, it would be RATP. Front Side Rear

Which bus that's not currently available in right hand drive format would you like to see over here? Putting aside the move to zero emissions I'd love an MMC decker on a Volvo B8TL chassis that's a micro-hybrid, both Voith and ZF spec'd examples. That's something I would've 'ideally' loved for London.

Which bus that's not currently available in right hand drive format would you like to see over here? For me it's got to be the Solaris Urbino 4th generation. Such a cool looking bus. Love the sloped windscreen and the funky wheel arches. www.busandcoachbuyer.com/new-generation-solaris-urbino-range/Any others? Ahhh you've mentioned the exact one I was going to put down They really should take advantage of the massive bus market in the UK…… I will be going Poland for most of august and will be able to bash these for a while Well, I predict that QB will use them on the 322, you might be lucky... Let's just wait and see.

Some non-bendy Scania OmniCity single-decks could've worked in London when they were still in production, and perhaps some MCV Evoras could be introduced in the next few months.

OmniCity single-decks did operate, Metrobus had them on the 293 and 358 and also ran them on the X26 for a while. Indeed the last few on the 358 were only withdrawn recently, three having been retained as cover for Mercedes Citaros that were lost in the fire at Green Street Green depot. Here's no. 521 when it strayed onto the 261 in the last days of Metrobus operation: Route 261 strange visitor by Julian Walker, on Flickr And here's one of no. 542 on the X26 just before the route transferred over to Quality Line: Metrobus X26 in Croydon (final week) by Julian Walker, on Flickr

The MCV Evora won’t be introduced in the next few months because it doesn’t have an electric option. The only chassis available are Volvo B8RLE & Volvo B5LH (Singapore have the latter and are marketed as Volvo 7900H)

Front Side RearI wonder if Heuliez would consider the UK market worthwhile, considering they would have to retool for right-hand drive. I do like these though.

I would like to see more BYD K8SR electrics in the UK. Missed the chance to get on them when they were on the 98 and I heavily doubt they will be in regular service anytime soon because of the 699
