It's been reported that 95 stock 51597 is the first train to do a test run along the NLE to Nine Elms and Battersea Power Stations, this being done on Saturday December 19th during engineering hours. Fingers crossed that it all gose well. Hopefully there will be a clip of it on the NLE Train enthusiasts Geoff Marshall (from YouTube) comes to mind on that. lol Meanwhile this was taken on that mentioned Saturday, the end of the line at Battersea Power Station. I imagine (hoping) Mr Marshall would be on the first test train with 'private' passengers on board.

Please tell me the tunnels will look like that when it opens? They will likely then be as dark as the rest of the Underground's tunnels

Will there be platform edge doors like on the Jubilee line? I believe there won't initially, however provision is made for future PED installation

Where are the trains coming from for this extension? The Northern line will require extra trains?

Maybe the time the trains currently wait in the tunnel at Kennington will be used to get to Battersea but I still think some trains will have to come from somewhere. Perhaps a few High Barnet trains will be cut to Finchley Central and maybe a handful of Colindale trains rather then Edgware aswell.
