sid there are loads of routes where either end don't have toilet facilities. 'Estate routes' would feature high on this list; routes 294 and 368 are such examples. Route 294 does have a toilet facility right outside its stand at Havering Park and the 368 does have Public Toilets outside its stand at Chadwell Heath however they close at 10pm. Clearly relying on historical information on the London Buses site isn't the most reliable thing to do. I was about to list the 365 but then I did a quick Google Streetview check at the Orchard Village stand to then confirm my hunch.

Is the McDonald's or KFC open late as they may count that? There is a KFC across the road from the stand although I don't what time it closes? I don't know if that would count as I suppose if they wanted to be awkward they could say toilets were for customers only although I would imagine most businesses wouldn't mind bus drivers using their toilets? With only ten mins layover, not enough time to use McDonalds.

It would be a bit of a walk to McDonalds from the 126 stand so I guess in the evening it's either KFC, Bromley South station or the pub opposite. I wouldn't worry about being late, if you've gotta go you've gotta go!

The only route of ours that doesn't have any official TfL facilities would be the 287. Yes you have Barking Station but unless you have more than 10 minute stand time, forget it. Apparently the residents at Abbey Wood Lane won't allow one there. "Talks are on going" is the official line.

368 used to be a nightmare, toilet at chadwell heath used to close at 10pm, iirc. I used to take the bus back to BE if I needed number 2's. lmao, did you put the blind display to '2, Out of Service'

Indeed but they have no qualms about letting their dogs go on the grass next to the stand at Abbey Wood Lane.

Is the 124 really the only route with no toilet facilities at either end? There used to be a pub near the St Dunstons stand that drivers could use but that's long since closed. And isn't the 126 the same? Shares the same stand at Eltham and the only toilets at the Bromley end I can think of are The Glades shopping centre (which obviously won't always be open) or Bromley South station which is a bit of a walk? 434 has no toilet facilities at either end 415 only has no toilet at Tulse Hill and only before 10pm at Tescos at Old Kent Road. Some drivers improve and beg local businesses and the train station. 343 has no toilet at New Cross or City Hall, yes City shall where all these people are debating this. Again some drivers use the Wetherspoons pub.

It's a bit of a distance from the 343 stand to NX, the equivalent of walking to the next bus stop. Not saying it can't be done but route control would have to be informed that the bus will be significantly delayed.

I've heard the Tulse Hill Tavern are ok with it but there's nothing official with regards to it.

Go Ahead even refused access to turnaround on the 343 hence the need for the Jerningham Road stand.
