Thought I'd bring the thread back to life since this year we have quite a few older vehicles that are likely to be replaced. I thought I'd start with Metroline as they have quite a few changes that have just happened/are happening later this year.
DE860-862/864-867 now officially recorded as withdrawn, last at Cricklewood (W)
DE863 now recorded as withdrawn, was at Holloway (HT) for the 234 for a little while (Even managed the 393 the day before withdrawal!)
DE1583/1629/1633/1637 now recorded as withdrawn, caused by 226 loss seemingly, all last at Willesden Junction (WJ)
Meanwhile DE1617/1639/1640 have all been off road since at least January, so are most likely also withdrawn
This leaves the following of the oldest DEs (Up to 09 reg) at Metroline:

So overall out of 58 elderly DEs left, WJ has the most with 25. Most of these however should be gone by the end of the year when the 187/487 receive electrics however. Likewise with the few at Holloway (HT) they should be gone by the end of the year following the 384 going electric, releasing 3 DEMs to cover the +3 the 234 received with its extension to Archway. As for those at W, I preesume some will head off (namely the 08 reg) when the final 112 DELs return, and also the 143 is due to be retendered later this year so that should see off the rest of the 58/09 reg (And maybe some 59 reg). Likewise at UX most of the older DEs should be seen off next year as the U1-U4 tenders are due later this year.
As for DDs in the Metroline fleet, theres even less so I'll include up until the 10 reg:

Out of these, TE1742-1751 will be gone by next year upon the U4 tender results later this year, TE992 should be gone when the 643 leaves in the summer, TE991/1073-1075 will likely go when the 142/204 begin to see electrics and TE1574-1575 will likely be withdrawn soon as the refurbs of DDs at W is nearly complete (Just VWH2089/2091-2092 left to complete IIRC)
As for the Rail fleet (TE1576-1581) I'd imagine they'll get replaced by newer buses, since routes 83/142/204/297 are all routes due to receive electrics later this year. As for the Brentford VWs, they should be gone latest next year, with the 237 tender looming and also the 61/12 reg VWs already at AH coming free later this year when the E2/E8 receive their temporary hybrid allocation (Until electrics in 2025)
