Rules are similar to the TV show, try and find a unique answer. Lowest points wins
If answer is unique 1 point, if 2 same answers 2 points each, 3 same answer 3 points each etc
Missed answer or an incorrect answer counts as 20 points
Deadline will be midnight on 31st December
Please send all answers by PM (private message) and I will score them after the deadline
1) A Wrightbus model name, currently on sale in UK or Ireland
2) An Underground station with “Park” as part of its name (must be served by a tube line. Rail only stations or DLR only stations don’t count)
3) A bus garage that currently operates more than 10 routes (not including school routes or night routes), for clarity a 24hour route without N prefix is valid
4) A bus route that travels along (all or part of) Regent Street (must have at least one stop in Regent Street). Routes that just cross it, or use very short length but don’t have a stop don’t count.
5) A Tramlink stop which also serves a rail station (has a BR double arrow symbol on the map).
6) A current bus route in 400 series (400-499) that is operated by double deck vehicles (normally 100% double deck, not a route where double decks occasionally work)
7) An Operator name and the bus code (or numeric series if no letter code) who use hybrid Enviro 400s (classic, MMC or City style)
8) A bus route that crosses Blackfriars bridge
9) Any Rail station (Overground, TfL or ex British Rail, but not a tube only or DLR station), that is on a travelcard zone boundary and officially in 2 fare zones. Answer should include station name and the 2 zones.
10) A route which changed Operator during 2017 at expiry of contract (so excludes novated contracts, surrendered contracts, renamed operators etc), state the route, old operator name and new operator name.
11) A bus route operated by New Bus for London (LT) that crosses the Thames, requires both the route number, and name of bridge.
12) A night bus route (including 24 hour routes) that is exclusively outside the North and South Circular roads. TfL services only (so services in other cities excluded). Must not cross, or run along part of North or South Circular, must not be central London as that’s not exclusively outside.
13) A (day) bus route that serves Euston bus station
14) A bus route that crosses a railway level crossing (not a tram line or works siding), answer requires route and location (or name) of level crossing.
15) A bus route that has “Hospital” as part of the destination name (last stop must be at a stop which includes word hospital in its location description. Please include both route and hospital name in your answer
16) A bus route that terminates at Canning Town station (routes that serve it, but continue dont count).
17) Any (tube, rail, Overground, DLR) station (within the 6 fare zones) with “Green” as part of its name.
Where an answer requires 2 parts (eg route number AND name) both parts must be correct, if only part is correct it will be deemed wrong overall.
Good luck
Remember to PM answers, dont post them for others to see.
