Looks like Diamond Coaches of Rushden,Northamptonshire may have also ceased. I saw something suggesting they were giving up end of this month but they have given up their service routes as of end of last week not sure about the school contracts but they aren’t running at the moment as the schools are closed. Edit: I’ve seen else where that it’s confirmed that they will cease on 30th April

Sadly looks like Shearings could be another to cease trading soon unless they find a buyer, they had given notice of intention to appoint an administrator.

Given that losses for each company will pro-rata differ, and the feasibility of alternative timetables will differ, as will government grants, the Corona downturn will affect some companies more than others. It could be mainly small more rural companies affected but not entirely.
Although it is mainly coach rather than bus companies so far suffering, this could change the longer the lockdown were inevitably to continue.

I can find references to service work ceasing, but not a full closure. Cheers.

Axe Valley Mini Travel in Seaton, East Devon has "temporarily" suspended its services due to COVID-19 - they certainly were not running yesterday. This means there is no bus route between Seaton and Axminster and several small communities in the area are now without a bus service. EDIT: according to Devon County Council website AVMT services weer suspended from Saturday 28th March, It remains to be seen if they ever resume business, especially as the owner has been called to appear before the Traffic Commissioner. Transport Minister Grant Shapps has apparently promised supports for the bus industry "soon", but it is probably too late for AVMT and similar small companies. Axe Valley Mini Travel has recommenced operations, with a full school holiday timetable resuming from 15th June.

Going Forward Buses, a CIC (Community Interest Company based in the Wallingford area of Oxfordshire) is temporarily suspending all services from today, Saturday 28th March. They say that loadings have dwindled to a level where continued operation is not financially sustainable. Going Forward Buses is looking to recommence a limited service from 6th July, with one bus operating a variety of services from Mondays to Fridays. For passengers paying cash fares, a flat fare of £4 will be charged and must be dropped into a farebox - change will not be given. In practice most passengers are expected to use ENCTS passes. www.goingforwardbuses.com/coronavirus-emergency-timetables/

Very sad news about both Swallow and Dans.
Both companies were heavily involved in School work in the East London and Essex area.
With both these operators gone, there will be a shortage of capacity for this work in the above area, if and when things get back to normal.
The entire Dans fleet is currently advertised for sale with Odyssey Coach Sales.
