Not really a "ceased bus company" as the parent organisation is still very much up-and-running, but Plymouth Citycoach, the holiday and day trips company owned by Go-Ahead company Plymouth CityBus, ceased trading on 24th June. The company had been set up in the 1980s when Plymouth CityBus was still under municipal ownership. Following staff consultations, six members of staff have opted for redundancy whilst one has taken up an alternative job offer with Plymouth CityBus.
Plymouth Citycoach operated under the Bonded Coach Holidays scheme and all customers whose tours have been cancelled will receive refunds.

Very sad. I've seen a report that Arriva has take over the Coventry - Leicester route and Stagecoach are now operating a couple of routes south from Coventry.

NatEx Coventry have taken over the 585 to Rugby as well. I think they had quite a few school / uni / venue contracts so not sure what will happen with those.

Buses magazine (issue 798, September 2021) notes that Peoplesbus of Liverpool will cease bus operations at the end of August.
Roy Brown's Coaches of Builth Wells had its Operating Licence revoked from July 16th. No public bus routes are affected but some school contracts will need to be retendered for September 2021.

Peoplesbus was mentioned on the North West bus forum too. As I haven't seen any other reference to it I don't know what to make of it.

Abus of Keynsham, Bristol have ceased trading, apparently after the 28th August, and had a special running day on the last day.
They operated an elderly fleet of Optare Spectras on their route 349 from Keynsham into central Bristol. Apparently, they had the first ever low floor double decker in service in the UK, which was a Spectra.
I’m glad I sampled the 349 earlier this year! The only time I’ve been on a Spectra
