If it's played everytime after route announcement, then heavens save us all, headaches and annoyance to everybody. Why is Health & Safety so OTT here??? Fear of paying out £££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££

I heard them on a few bus rides today, but after about 3 they all just seemed to not play on any routes I went on. I don't know if it was a co-incidence or if it was intentional.

Anyone who hasn't agreed to the Ts & Cs will see their Oyster / pass / bank card declined.

Now I’ve done a longer journey on the bus (W3), this pointless announcement has either played after the bus has already started to move or when it is stuck at a red light/waiting for a lot of passengers to board. Definitely needs a re-think (or preferably... cancel it completely). I like Ms. Hignett’s voice as much as the next person, but come on

Other passengers seemed quite oblivious to it, no wonder so many people have earplugs in to drown out this incessant rubbish, I find "see it, say it, sorted" on railway stations particularly irritating.

The announcement is really irritating in my opinion due to the fact that it makes kids start mimicking the announcement at every stop especially during school rush hour It also gets announced either way too early or too late with only one occasion of it being perfectly timed

Currently on a 77 bus and have now heard the recent update for myself.
I don't see why it's annoying people. Although on my particular bus it's not really useful as the announcement is made when the bus has already started moving 🙄

Just heard the announcement on the way home on the 36. The announcement plays well after the bus actually sets off, which doesn't make sense as the bus is already moving by the time it plays. It kind of defeats the purpose of the announcement which is meant to warn people to hold on before the bus moves. This just highlights how pointless this is.

And I can guarantee that everyone here would have done it when young

Then sue TfL for countless money. The brain dead Sadiq is just doing this to tick boxes.

Was on a 320 today on the way to mothers and heard the new announcement. The driver got quite annoyed with and turned the announcements off completely, kindly explaining his fustration on why he did it. Don't think this announcement will last long with all the complaints.

On Southeastern stations, we have the glorious announcements made to stand back away from edge of platforms to avoid turbulence. Yes - had that silly announcent at Lewisham where the trains squeal through at about 15mph. Haven't heard it for a while so hopefully they've done away with it.
