370, 372 offer scenic views from outer London. And you get nice speed with these two buses too, especially after evening.

If you like nice neighbourhoods as such I would recommend the 412 - goes through some of the more affluent parts of Croydon but also has stunning views in between every unit.
For a Central London route I would recommend the 205 as it doesn't have LTs and takes you through so many different styles of architecture and parts of London.
With electric routes, I'd also mention the 153 and 360 being rather unique in regards to the places they serve, but the 521 can also be fun travelling through the Kingsway Tunnel northbound!
If you want quiet areas I'd say the 375 in addition to what else has been mentioned on here - the buses usually go really fast on the final stretch to Passingford Bridge and the terminus is literally in the middle of nowhere!
For unique buses I would make sure you trek down to Romford and catch the DMNs on the 193 before they leave and I'd also recommend you get the Olympus vehicles on the 320/353 as they also match your criteria of fast, quiet routes.
Perhaps the 388 as well for the Olympic Park, X26/482 for Heathrow Airport and 474 if you like looking at water.
These are all routes I've ridden and there are many I haven't even touched so this probably only gives a small perspective of what's out there, but make sure you literally try anything that you "crave" as such because I've had an awful lot of surprises when completing routes, both good and bad!
Good luck with the rest of your exams!

The 65 because it's very scenic south of Richmond.

The 65 because it's very scenic south of Richmond. The 371 is very nice as well. Also the 465 between Leatherhead and Dorking and the 166 between Coulsdon and Epsom if they haven't already been mentioned.
