Don't give TfL carte blanche to start culling bits of routes that happen, sometimes almost by accident, to parallel underground routes for a few stops. May as well have TfL Rail and TfL Buses set in competition with one another. Oh, wait, that plan's not due for rolling out for another year...

I maybe a little bit out of date but could you consider the N9 from Green Park to Heathrow? I know it doesn’t serve Acton Town or Earls Court but everywhere else is close to it...South Kensington, GloutRoad, Barons Court 10 minutes most...the rest of line west of Hammersmith to Hounslow not to far.... and from Hounslow to Heathrow it follows the same route except T4 and Hatton Cross

At the risk of stating the obvious, the N5 and N20 over the two branches of the Northern line. In these cash-strapped times, I would have thought consideration might be given to removal on Friday and Saturday night, so they became Northern Line 'Night (Weekday)' services?

No, they still get used for local bus trips. 240 serves Edgware, Burnt Oak and Colindale stations. 324 goes via Stanmore, near enough Queensbury, and serves Kingsbury station.

I wonder how much usage these routes get now Fri/Sat nights and whether any tube passengers who live in between stations use them?
