Actually got me thinking. What bus routes terminate on both ends at a station on the same line without any changes. Some examples I can think of 86: Stratford and Romford both are on East TfL Rail 55: Walthamstow Central and Oxford Circus are both on the Victoria Line 473: Stratford and King George V are both on the Woolwich Arsenal to Stratford International DLR Line 333: Tooting Broadway and Elephant & Castle are both on the Northern Line H91: Hounslow West and Hammersmith are both on the Piccadilly Line Route 331: Uxbridge to Ruislip, both on the Metropolitan Line Uxbridge branch. Don't forget the Piccadilly line too

156: Vauxhall and Wimbledon are both served by South Western Railway 190: Richmond and West Brompton are both served by the District Line (albeit different branches) 337: Richmond and Clapham Junction are both served by South Western Railway 178: dlr at both lewisham and Woolwich Southeastern also serves both Woolwich and Lewisham though unlike the DLR it provides a direct link between the two.

N5, N20 and N113 - both ends on the northern line N15 and N25 - both ends on crossrail (once it opens!) 333 - both ends on northern line 153 - pretty special one as not only are both ends on the great northern line, but also both ends have got almost similar names - Moorgate Finsbury square to Finsbury Park!

The 380 either has a stop or is in close proximity to every station from Plumstead to Lewisham.

With a slight stretch, the 205 has both ends on the Hammersmith and city line
Also a rare one when c2c / fenchurch street is closed; when the c2c trains are diverted to Stratford, 238 has both ends on the c2c!

I think the 238 might go a step ahead in being a bit more unique there as in that case Barking and Stratford are only one station apart.

Flipping this one - which tube / rail / overground / dlr lines have termini on the same bus route?
I thought of the following: Waterloo and city has both termini on 26, 76 and 521 DLR (bank to lewisham branch) with both ends on the 21 and N21 DLR (bank, tower gateway and Beckton) with both ends on N551 Overground (Romford to Upminster) with both ends on the 248 and 370
Any others?

A few more I thought of - DLR (Stratford to Canary Wharf) has both ends on D8 - overground (Liverpool Street to Chingford) with both ends on N26

Circle Line: 27 (now that they've unwound the circle!)
District Line (Olympia - High Street Ken shuttle): 9/N9, 27/N27, 28/N28, 49 Southeastern (Grove Park - Bromley North shuttle): 126, 261
For the Waterloo & City Line the 26 works, but the 76 has been rerouted away from Bank, and the 521 doesn't serve Bank unless it's on one of its many long-term diversions.
