I'm hoping SI buses get new blinds to aid flexibility with the routes moving into DS in July. Would make sense for the EHVs to get 115 blind so the fleet can mix with the EHs.

MHVs on the 93, partially cause it goes into ULEZ I suppose this will happen soon if the 13 is not won, as the 93 has already seen the 63s MHVs and goes into ULEZ.

MHVs on the 93, partially cause it goes into ULEZ The 93 doesn't enter the ULEZ. If you mean the expanded ULEZ from October, this won't require hybrids - it will only require buses to be EuroVI, which isn't an issue given that all TfL buses (except some school extras) are already EuroVI anyway.
