There are bits of the video where it could be either, but other times sure it can only be if he is facing the camera ... So I am with the girl in the vid and he is facing the camera ... it is the way the feet are pointing.

I wonder if it is a doctored vid, and he starts off facing the building and then switches.

How funny because from start to finish I can only see the person facing towards the building. Unless the person is wearing a hoody back to front.

I can't find the exact clip but there was a few clips by one person on UK Dashcams who was road raging in every clip HE submitted himself. Think he was driving an Audi or a BMW. The last clip saw him mess with the wrong person(comments suggest a drug dealer) who chased him down and smashed his windscreen with an emergency hammer nicked from a bus.
