At one time there was both the 186 and 286/340 between Edgware & Harrow (and of course the 186 routeing is still in place albeit not as termini). I have had many conversations over the years trying to tell people not to take the long-winded 340 between the two!

I have been wondering what all the bus routes in London with the same terminus are. I know 64/130, 109/250, 214/271 etc but I am curious to know what the rest are. I made my own list of all of them a few months ago 109 250 111 285 322 417 U3 A10 C11 143 132 422 486 406 418 194 450 223 H17 I’m nearly certain there aren’t anymore. I wouldn’t count the 214/271 as the 214’s Moorgate terminus is (supposedly) temporary. I also wouldn’t count the 64/130, personal opinion but I would only count two routes as the same destinations if their destinations are announced the same on the iBus unit. 64 is ‘Thornton Heath Pond’, 130 is ‘Thornton Heath, Parchmore Road’. I’m not familiar with these two routes so I don’t know if these two route’s termini are actually exactly the same in real life, so happy to be corrected there. Also note the 132, 422 and 486 is the only case of three routes having the same termini. I would also say the 121, 231, and 329 don’t count as they’re all a bit different at the Enfield end. Haven’t included any night routes here though. EDIT: a cheat one here is H9, H10, H18 and H19 all technically being ‘Harrow Circulars’, therefore the only terminus for all four of those being Harrow.

Technically, the 109 & 250 don't count as although they have the same destination blind, they don't terminate in the same place in Croydon. The 64 & 130 only terminate at the same terminus in one direction so your correct that they wouldn't count if going by the criteria you mentioned - Thornton Heath, Clock Tower is in Thornton Heath itself whilst Thornton Heath Pond is a roundabout where the A23 leaves London Road & becomes Thornton Road heading towards Purley Way.

I guess you're excluding school routes (639/670).
The 214 has been terminating at Moorgate for over 6 years now. In theory it should be going back to Liverpool Street (or close by) at some point but there are many of these "temporary" changes that have ended up being permanent. Strictly speaking 214 and 271 don't share a terminus at the Highgate end, although they share the same description.
I agree with others who've argued that the 64 and 130 termini are too far apart - they're in completely different parts of Thornton Heath. I definitely wouldn't count the Enfield routes. Especially the 121 which terminates miles away from the other two. In the peaks the 121 is scheduled to take 45 minutes between its terminus and Enfield Chase (where the 231 terminates)!

Do you mean the same termini at both ends of the route? Otherwise the answer would be 'a lot'!
In a way you could count the 'circular' ones:
389 and 399 (Barnet: The Spires)
H2, H3 and 631 (Golders Green station)

214 is also getting transferred to GAL NP Garage and being restored to Liverpool Street in August 2019 I believe.
