I really like the 249 and 417, the 417 is incredibly quick and enjoyable, and I love how it avoids most of the main Streatham roads. The 249 is also really nice going through Balham and Tooting and Streatham Common, and both of them are very hilly approaching Crystal Palace. They are both good routes, but the 249 was so much better when it had plaxton presidents, and the 417 was much better with alx400's Both routes were even better when they were L operated

I think the 337 is up there among the worst routes, spends its entire route navigating extremely congested trunk roads with no reprieve, terrible reliability, very slow buses to begin with and has only got worse with the current Clapham Junction bridge works

I ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes for my 'due' bus to turn up before a 2 hour journey to Clapham Junction with a failed turn to Putney Station included. I don't blame Go-Ahead for this but Hammersmith Bridge. When it eventually reopens, the route should return back to normal and become more enjoyable at all times rather than just late nights/early mornings and some Sundays.

The route had problems before Hammersmith Bridge closed, it just took up the most depressing, congested section of the old 37. I've accepted it's always going to be slow.

I'm going to say my best routes is the W3 especially with the scenery at Alexandra Park and Palace, I'd definitely recommend people to hop on that bus preferably on a sunny day.
Another route I like is the 34 especially between the Crooked Billet to Arnos Grove (When the NCR roads are clear).
Now onto the worst routes. The 341 (ever since the 20mph has been introduced) really moves at snails pace especially around Newington Green and Green Lanes.
The 207 I feel as though is too regulated, especially around Ealing Hospital and moving really slowly. The 607 is a bit of a hit and miss.

Regarding the 207 and 607, it doesn't help that drivers switch over at Iron Bridge and Dormer's Wells Lane on routes 195, 207, 427 and 607.

For me my favourites are the 293, because when you get out of Epsom it doesn't feel like I am in London. 163 just a really useful route. 200 because Wimbledon village is lovely 211 because it is the route I have fond memories from my childhood going along Victoria Street
Least favourites, 76 at Waterloo it is routed down york Road which if u want the station is awful comparative to the 341, 26 etc Any bus route in the Mitcham area I have had bad experiences 152, 157 and 201 especially

Woodford is the nicest and greenest part of Redbridge borough alongside Wanstead. Areas like Barkingside, Claybury are ok but the areas in Redbridge that I think lack charm are Seven Kings, Ilford and Goodmayes. Therefore the 86 is bad in terms of scenery, but in terms of its purpose it's ok

Ik that but as a Londoner getting on a ordinary route and getting off somewhere like that has a novelty factor

Any bus that goes through Harlesden is particularly bad, choc a block traffic, ugly scenery
The 220 is one of two halves: Harlesden to Shepherd Bush is proper ugly, but Shepherds Bush to Wandsworth is much prettier and greener

The station forecourt where the route terminates and the surrounding area is actually quite nice, riding the 266 especially from Acton to WJ (Acton Lane or the station, before the ugly town centre) in the sunlight is very lovely.
