So they'll be stood idle Monday to Friday? Might come in handy in the event of a tube strike though? It's just a shame this heritage service isn't marketed a bit better.

Shame about the Drivers and Conductors having to go Part time if true hopefully they can find other jobs within the company but to be fair it's been 14 years since 2005 so the Heritage Route has lasted quite a long while ! Realistically though cuts need to happen and it's a expensive service to run hopefully Ensign or the LBC launch a commercial route of some type to replace it .

The drivers will probably just be used out of the pool of others at WH so won't be problematic to get a few extra in for the weekend. Conductors thou harder. Maybe it will be staffed with drivers now acting as conductors for the 26 weekends it will run.
