On the 240 alone I can think of:
North End Road Finchley Road Holders Hill Circus Albert Road Victoria Road Lawrence Street Mill Hill Circus A1 Watford Way/Barnet By-Pass
I haven't included roads that are crossed e.g North Circular Road
You hardly realise how many extra roads a bus uses in service but doesn't stop on; For some routes you could be here forever!

Pretty much most London bus routes serves at least one road that doesn't have a bus stop Think about it, even little one ways like Morval Road (not including the bus stand) on the 3/37/690/196/N3 and things we may not consider as roads are definitely applicable.

Holywell Lane in Shoreditch - 135 and 205 eastbound pass along but there are no stops (but then it is a very short - and narrow - road).

Houndsditch - this used to have a bus stop which became a bus stand due to Crossrail works (and the 40 uses it now). Busy one way road with 40 (out of service), 42, 78, 100, 135, 205 and n551 going down it but no stops. Actually a very annoying one as I could earlier “beat the bus” by going there (while walking eastbound on London wall) in case I saw I had missed the 135 at Liverpool Street!
Same goes for outwich street although that is a tiny bit of tarmac
Also, funnily the westbound one-way road (Duke’s place) no longer has a bus stop. There used to be one on duke’s street before the Aldgate “improvements”. The new bus stop called “duke’s place) is actually just before the road begins while the next stop is on camomile street. Same buses as above
Also, leamouth road has n550 running down it but no stops

Indeed, as is nearby St Matthew's Road in the opposite direction for the above routes plus the 2/N2, 415, 432, etc. Bulinga Street on the northbound 88 is another example.
