Buses not disrupted because drivers risk their health in order to keep their job.

Buses not disrupted because drivers risk their health in order to keep their job. I hope you are not risking the health and safety of your colleagues, passengers and other road users "in order to keep your job". I do not want to be on your bus if you are not fit to drive it.

Nah I am alright, but a lot of drivers are struggling in this weather, especially the ones driving ancient buses like TA and so on.

"Struggling in this weather" is quite a different statement to "risking their health". Are you qualified to speak for other drivers, without their apparent knowledge or consent?

Do I need qualification to speak for other drivers who told me this? And yes I clearly* handed them with NDA forms of consent before posting on this forum. You sound like you're in management of some sort of bus company...lol. I am just passing down the information, yeah nobody is 'dying' from this weather...most drivers will be smart enough to bring their own water to work and stay hydrated but this heat is unbearable in some of the old buses...I mean even new buses are pretty bad with AC's just blowing warm air so the old ones it's just insanely hot, drivers are sweating, and driving and staying focused under such conditions is difficult and mistakes can be more easily made.

Buses not disrupted because drivers risk their health in order to keep their job. Trains are distrupted because of the risk of the track buckle which would be catastrophic if trains did run at full speed. If trains were disrupted because drivers just wanted a nice day in the sun then I think you could have compared the two
