What routes still have scheduled journeys that sort of deviate from the normal ones? As far as I’m aware, N18 and N199 both have scheduled trips that start and terminate at Sudbury and run as far as Bellingham/Lewisham.
With the N199 specifically, the second bus to St. Mary Cray starts at Lewisham Station to cover part of the last 199 (they even run together mostly as last 199 reaches LS around the same time) and also bridge the gap between the last 208 and the first N199 from Trafalgar Square. The last bus from Trafalgar Square also terminates at Bellingham. However on Friday night, the first and third bus towards TS start from Bellingham and on Sunday morning, the last three buses from St. Mary Cray terminate at Lewisham Station.
Not sure if this really counts as a special journey but looking at the timetable for 473, it has three last late trips from Stratford (last ultimate one at 01:16, no doubt to do with the last Jubilee train), but the last one from North Woolwich is at 00:15. So do the “earlier” late trips from Stratford finish at North Woolwich then run light back to Stratford to do the “later” trips? I noticed the same also sort of applies to 262.
I do also recall 358 having scheduled early/late trips to start and finish at Green Street Green for MB which was discontinued when the new contract started in 2015.

Half the N207's buses terminate at Hayes by Pass with the other half continuing to Uxbridge

The 237 has a number of short trips to and from Brentford. Although blinded for Brentford County Court, do buses set down at Market Place? I presume the 237's Brentford shorts are effectively just runs back to the garage in service

Could be because of the rugby at Twickenham? Twickenham shouldn't affect the 237. Thanks for that. I'm not too familiar with its routing, it was just a thought.

Twickenham shouldn't affect the 237. Thanks for that. I'm not too familiar with its routing, it was just a thought. No problem. routes affected by the rugby would be 267,281 and 481

The 262/473 dead runs are sneaky, because back in the Stagecoach days they sometimes wouldn't sign into iBus immediately upon their return to Stratford bus station. So you'd only know a bus was coming once it had pretty much already left the stand and was on its way around the loop towards the bus stop. Of course, if you know the timetable you'd not worry. But I used it once every few months on the weekends and would ultimately hop on to any bus that came. Then change at Barnby Street, where the 69 and 241 would join the 262 and 473.
