Routes with certain scheduled/special journeys

These are contracted by the private schools in Dulwich - Dulwich College and James Allen's Girls' School (possibly also Alleyn's School). The services use a mix of coaches and DD buses.

Some of these private school buses have LSPs so are listed on TfL's LSP bulletin, but the Dulwich ones aren't on there.

My understanding is that parents/guardians travelling with a child to school are permitted to travel on a ‘school service.’ Additionally, passengers in wheelchairs may travel on any service

The Travelin service (for Dulwich College kids) still exists, it goes to Wandsworth and uses a grey MMC but used to use a grey VLE. They also have a minibus from Putney Heath and I know of a blue ALX400 that goes through Putney Heath in the afternoon

They do, unfortunately I go to a public school so they are limited and cost too much. The school next door runs a service from near my house but I don't go to that private school

Hiya not typed here in a while.

Not sure if anyone will know. Hoping to get pics of the extras on the 181/354/261 would anyone know what direction each of these will do on the morning run and then the afternoon?
I know it’ll be around the 7-8am / 3-4pm times just working out what directions the buses will come from.

I believe they have existed across Finchley a lot, family nearby have locally said that a private company was using former Metroline VPLs for some school contracted service in 2015, 17213 (V213 MEV) I believe around the mid 2010s was a school bus and before lockdown I saw a WVL from the 85 carrying school kids. Y529NHK I believe is also a school service bus.

The 221 has scheduled journeys to terminate at North Finchley. Ends around 7/8pm I believe.
The 102 goes from Edmonton to Golders Green between midnight and 5pm.

The North Finchley shorts on the 221 don’t run anymore. All journeys run through to Edgware and has been since September 2018
