Pretty much all of the 219 is prone to traffic. Clapham Jct - Tooting Bec is full of traffic around Wandsworth Common, and the whole section between Colliers Wood and Tooting Bec is pretty much straight but full of congestion It really is a shame, those Streetlites, in my opinion, are really nice and sound interesting on the A214 when there's no traffic.

Any bus in east London? The standards of driving are so appalling, drivers deserve a bravery award or something!
Special mention to the 25 of course

Not a driver, but I would hate to do the 330, what a boring, traffic laden, and short route. Back and forth along Barking Rd and Green Street urgh. Will be better if it ever does get extended into Silvertown.

The 300, 325 and 376 for sure. Busy routes down narrow roads with so many twists and turns, fairly circuitous, diving left and right at whim, parked cars etc etc
I know the start and end points but in between I struggle to remember which routes each bus follows!

Seems to go absolutely everywhere in Harold Hill spending what feels like half a life time going round in, what feels like, circles.

Been a while since I drove it, but the 160...
As a passenger unless you are going end to end there is almost always another bus to get where you are going faster... Because the 160 zigzags back and forth across the A20 taking forever to get anywhere. Also on a non school day you (when I drove them) have about 3 days to get from one end to the other so you spend the whole trip driving at 1.6mph and waiting half an hour at every other bus stop getting passengers shouting at you because they just want to get to work!! (I exaggerate for comic effect but you get the point)
It was even worse when it used the old DLA's which were slow, had terrifying brakes and leaked so badly whenever it rained... Also they were freezing in the winter!!

Also they were freezing in the winter!! Can be annoying when you want to get onto the stand at Chislehurst Sainsburys on an R7 and there’s a 160 parked at the stop regulating for three hours 😉 Completely get where you’re coming from though with the timings. I love the R7 but waiting at every bus stop gets so tiresome. I’ve moved on to the 246 now and the timings are absolutely spot on - hardly any regulation required and the late runs are great fun! Makes the world of difference

Trust me the one road it would be extended along won't add much excitement to the route 😀 Most of east London isn’t for scenic routes anyway 🤣🤣🤣 There are a few scenic routes. Like the 247 and 362 between Hainault and Marks Gate, or the 169 at Clayhall, and the 174 at Eastbrookend

I've always found the 287 scenic... for other reasons. Also, what exactly is scenic about the 169? One of London's more boring routes. I'm not a driver, but I fell asleep when on the S4. What a mess...
