@cobo rif153 considering this is your local area - how are locals reacting to the reroute near Oldfield Close? They don’t mind it but they would rather a bus route ran the length of Greenford Road and went to Ealing, I suppose this was one of my reasons for introducing a 392 between Harrow & Perivale with the 92 now going via Greenford Road fully towards Brent Park and Ealing, with the 392 then taking over the 92 through the new developments with the 392 doing a double runner through Westway Cross and then going down Greenford Road towards the A40 with the 92 going via Oldfield Lane North.

Well it was obvious that TfL were going ahead with it what with the new bus lane and bus stops on Berkeley Avenue.

Hmm interesting. The 92 is not going fully down Greenford Road. I think that the E1 should be extended from Greenford to Harrow via Greenford Road, Sudbury Hill and H17 to Harrow. To link North Greenford with Ealing and provide a more direct link to Harrow. And then extend the 395 to Perivale via Greenford Road, Western Avenue, Teigmourh Gardens and route E5. To link North Greenford with Perivale.

As usual, there are a few barmy suggestions such as introduce Routemasters, extend the 92 to Brent Cross & extend it to Willesden Bus Garage among a number of more sensible ones - the one that caught my eye was to introduce a turning circle on Berkley Avenue - wonder if, for example, the E6 could offer anything by running up to the development via Greenford Station, then up to Berkley Avenue and then run onto the Westway Cross retail park?

The extension of the E6 seems like a good idea.

Not to separate them.

Interesting ideas but remember this is also to connect both ends with both ends. Not to separate them. How will it connect both ends? My 392 ideas basically are trying to connect areas to other areas and that splitting those into the E1 & 395 extensions do not achieve that e.g links from areas like Perivale Tesco to Sudbury Court Drive & Sudbury Hill, as well as links from Northwick Park Hospital & Harrow to Perivale.

How comes the consultation doesn't have a date on when the rerouting will go ahead?

How comes the consultation doesn't have a date on when the rerouting will go ahead? Don’t think I’ve seen a consultation report with an exact start date for changes but you are right that they haven’t mentioned a rough time period when they would likely make the change. Originally it was planned to make the change in spring 2020 but with the current pandemic, it has been delayed as even the result of this consultation only came out last week.
