I would have though possibly the 221 on a Fri/Sat night might be a contender - e.g. linking Mill hill East with the two branches of the Northern Line at night; as well as broader cross-North London links from NW London to places like Wood Green and Turnpike Lane. I like the idea, but the trouble with the 221 is that it doesn't connect with the High Barnet branch despite crossing it. Weekend night routes are generally chosen to feed into the night tube; while the 221 does act as a feeder for the Piccadilly Line at Wood Green, much of that catchment area is already covered by the N91, which undermines the case for the 221.
A mad plan for Mill Hill would be an N210 running from Finsbury Park to Golders Green via the 210, then via 240 to Mill Hill East, then 221 to Edgware. Very far-fetched I know!
Hmmm, well okay... it is a 5 min walk max from the 221 to West Finchley station. It also links Edgware, MHE, New Southgate national rail, and Bounds Green (etc) giving pretty good cross-N London links.

N113: extended from Edgware to Northwick Park Hospital via route 186. To provide Belmont with a night service.

Im not sure if anyone has said this yet but i believe that the 157 should have a 24 hr service because there is no night service in the carshalton, wrythe green area, and an extra night service in selhurst could be useful. There could also be a night extension westbound to wimbledon via the 163 or 164 line of route and an eastbound extension to catford bridge via 450 then 75 line of route via perry vale.

Oh i just realised i made a mistake, i forgot about the 450 going round the kingswood estate. So i believe it should use the 122 line of route to sydenham station and then follow the 450 line of route for one stop and then to connect with the 75 to catford

I think the 157 was considered when the night tube was proposed but the 154 was chosen instead. No doubt because it served Sutton which was a major objective to feed into Morden.

N113: extended from Edgware to Northwick Park Hospital via route 186. To provide Belmont with a night service. The N5 would be a better candidate with it terminating at Harrow Weald, Bus Garage.

I'd like it to be extended there though and the N18 is not ML but still terminates there Which routing would your extended N5 take? I agree with the principle of Northwick Park needing better night services for those needing the hospital, I think it would be good if there were a night route linking Northwick Park to the northern and eastern parts of the borough of Harrow though not sure how much demand there is. Even though the N18 does serve Northwick Park Hospital, its not ideal that all the tube stations it connects to are in zone 1 - the last night tube station on the route when heading west is Baker Street.

Parts of eastern Harrow are connected to Northwick Park but only on weekends and requires a walk to Kenton Road to catch the 114 or 183 which isn’t ideal, especially at night. Perhaps a N340 to connect the sections of Harrow between Harrow Weald and Edgware with Northwick Park hospital by following the 340 route and extended to the hospital.

Route 54 would be good as 24 hours That would restore a Woolwich to Lewisham night link lost in 2002 but I'm not massively sure how well used a night service on the 54 would be. Would probably find some demand past Lewisham Hospital but that is already covered by the 47, N136 and N199.
