We live in the real world this has been dragging on since April 2019 and the only way to get management talking seems to be when there is a mandate for industrial action ( I also think that the person who wrote the original post is the numpty for NOT checking all the facts first)

The real one, despite the massive yes vote from ASLEF and the RMT ballot not being finished, both main unions have accepted. A common sense approach in uncertain times, now is not the time to argue about pay, there's more serious human factors going on
