Noticed on TikTok that LT242 now seems to carry blinds for the 25 I wonder if it just needed a replacement set and they used a standard BW double decker set or there is a plan to add the 25 for whatever reason? Rail extras in the future?

Noticed on TikTok that LT242 now seems to carry blinds for the 25 Would it be a problem to have LT’s on the 25? Can't think of a restriction on it off the top of my head, but I'd imagine these are just the same blinds which carry the 238 on them so probably won't be used unless needed.

Don't think it's been mentioned here, but today 10105 crashed into a lamppost just outside Stratford Bus Station.

Saw in a Stagecoach Facebook group that LT461/462/463 would be due for disposal, so assume these are the surplus from the frequency cut of the 55.
Also in the same thread that 10112/10113/10114 are due for moving to reserve.

For the 10xxx there is the 678 currently awaiting tender results so could be used there if retained.
As for the LTs they are probably going back to TFL. Maybe not enough have come spare for Stagecoach to find a route for unlike when Arriva could move the ex 38 ones to the 313.

Surprised the LTs are going back as T really struggles to have enough avaliable LTs for the 55 most days.

Stagecoach are getting the 667 from March next year and that will need at least 3 spare buses from somewere even with the 677 (which has a PVR of 1) going the other way to Go-Ahead, the 678 is already allocated with the 12reg E400's as the same ones as the surplus Enviros at T so if that is retained I would imagine it will keep its current allocation at WH. I won't be suprised if those 3 E400's are covering for the EV's on the 160 or 180 in the meantime if the new buses or charging infrastructure at TL or PD aren't ready in time.

Could interwork between operators and potentially try and convert the 176 fully along with other LTs

After Stagecoach B5TL/ Wright open-top 13808 came to London from City Sightseeing Cambridge for the Grupo Julia tour, a second one (13812) is now in service here.
