It could be used on the 135 as far as Aldgate as I believe the bus station is just outside the Central ULEZ zone? The bus station is just inside Ahh yes, your right - still, it could get as far as Aldgate East and then use the one way system to loop around which is outside the zone.

Just spotted a couple of D8’s and as expected they still have Tower Transit logos. I noticed buses still have Tower Transit legal but looks like the Tower Transot bit has been removed? I wonder if this means LI is going to be standalone like the old Thamesside RM operation? Or just a case of the legals not being changed yet? A lot of them have a legal which has "The Lea Interchange bus company, T/A Stagecoach London" followed by the WH address. Does indeed suggest a standalone subsidiary. Wondering if it is a renaming of TTOL2022 Ltd, they company Tower Transit was transferred into a couple of month ago. Nothing is currently showing at Companies House for Lea Interchange Bus Company Ltd

That why I am suggesting it is a renaming. If it was a new company, you would not have your certificate of incorporation through unless set up at companies House.

Their is no options to submit manual accounts or your annual return. You certainly set up companies online these days, never renamed a company though.

Companies House are still there, it's just The Blob (Civil Service) working from home. You can still get through to a human if you try hard enough. Though they will keep you on hold for 50 minutes and do the old "hello?... hello?... can't hear you" trick to get you off the line (HMRC do that too ) They will update the servers first thing today. When I wound down my Ltd company years ago (failed bid for the 318 with MMCs ) it was all online without talking to anyone Perhaps that's another reason LVF still shows all the routes as Tower Transit as it's not updated online yet

Nothing is currently showing at Companies House for Lea Interchange Bus Company Ltd It’s updated now and showing as Lea Interchange Bus company Ltd Let's hope Stagecoach appoint directors ... showing the 2 Tower Transit directors resigned Saturday, but none shown as appointed. A company without directors can't legally function and should be liquidated. You can appoint directors online.

Also could have already been submitted as it takes Companies House around 48 hours to update. Watch this space.

Might be coincidental but since the Stagecoach takeover route 262 and 473 seem to have a more strict allocation of WHs. Both routes used to see 2 -3 or more VNs each day.
Also see a post on The Londoner FB page that WH31105 was on the 678 with no blinds showing which is disappointing as both Tower Transit and Stagecoch have always been good at avoiding bandit buses.

Nope, it is still the same with the VN's on the 262 & 473 as last week, though the last month's cutback of the 262 has slightly reduced the number of VN appearances on both of those routes.

Do you think so? Definitely seems less but let’s see how things progress. Maybe it’s just how allocations worked out the last few days.

From this weeks LOTS news.
Effective from Saturday 25 June, the Tower Transit operation at Lea Interchange Garage was transferred to Stagecoach ownership. A new O’Licence TTOL2022 Ltd was created to operate the buses and routes, this company being effectively a subsidiary of Stagecoach. It will be a few weeks yet before fleet re-numbering and altering the iBus and LVF references can take place.
-------------------------------------
Does the above mean it will it will be more difficult for routes / buses to swap between LI and other garages? not really clued up on how things work with the licenses / subsidiaries.
