They are but maybe it's seen as a while before the 174 actually gets new buses after the 173 does.

The E400s would be needing to be upgraded regardless and there have been no Euro 6 upgrades since February 2020 before the lance mic, when the last Scania were done, so really January 2020 as it was only a few Scanias done in Feb, since then the 296/174 buses have not been touched especially as NS Euro 6 upgrades were done last year and RM done earlier this year. The Scanias are too old so I do wonder what Stagecoach have planned if not the E400s from the 174.

They probably planned to upgrade them in March but due to obvious events, that was stopped - I'm sure we'll find out soon enough what will happen.

So that's the vehicles for the 25/425 revealed!! It's been pretty much speculated about accurately - and naturally, E400s covering gaps in the 241/330/474. No Omnicities (as expected )

No Omnicities (as expected ) Covered by the 678 12 reg so makes sense that no scanias are covering. They don't often stray from the 97 often now since the 262/473 went to Tower Transit, even before that they didn't really stray onto MMC routes,.

Slight duplication but thought I'd post here too. 11070 and 11072 have both worked on the 425 today then transferred to the 25! Does anyone know if both routes are crosslinked or just a case of buses being swapped for some reason?
Edit : might be a case of buses swapping at BW - I forgot buses don't always log straight off of LVF so could be a longer gap between the two workings.

Interesting that the iBus shows Clapton, Kenninghall Road and Ilford, Hainult Street
Anyone know why?

The updated font looks a bit strange on the LCD Smart Hyrbids! The number is a bit chunky! The old style was really good and pretty much looked like traditional blinds.
Noticed a few people photographing buses around Stratford Bus Station.

Have seen few photographers in Ilford earlier in the day by the Central Library stop, so far the 425 is doing pretty well today service wise apart from a odd blind issue and the usual traffic on Romford Road.
The 425 appears to be using BW421+ running numbers.

The Loan Buses Are now being used on the 25s as they have a glitch in the programming so unable to show Ilford when on 425s.

Will hopefully be fixed at some point. I think these LCD displays are pretty much perfect to start replacing traditional blinds.

I wonder how long 19000 will in service in TfL London. I wonder what will happen to it after it’s withdrawn. In a museum somewhere maybe.

According to latest fleetlist it hasn't been upgraded to euroVI So unless someone is paying for it to be done, then wont be operating in London after October Just checked, it is one of 25 E400s at Rainham not converted (but some of these may be leaving anyway before the October deadline), for completeness there are also 15 E200s not euroVI compliant. So only 40 Stagecoach London buses (plus any trainers etc as can't tell from list) that are not euroVI
