Interesting that Arriva never used Scania Omnicitys While Arriva didn't use any Scanias in London in the recent years, they did have a sizeable number of single deck Omnicitys/Omnilinks used in the Midlands and North East and Arriva Luton do still have a couple of Wright Solar bodied Scania L94UB/K230UB in use.

Interesting that Arriva never used Scania Omnicitys I find it weird that only 1 operator had Scania Omnibus considering how common they are in other cities There wasn’t really a demand for 12m buses when the Omnibus was in production, there was really only the 358 and later the 293 that required 12m vehicles even though plenty of other routes could have used them. I doubt the new Fencer mode will be popular either if it’s heavy.

Sullivan acquired theirs second hand from other London operators and Metroline inherited the First London ones

GYs New Blindset for the DWs are as the following: 66 99 103 175 248 370 375 Do you know if they are all getting them, or just a subset? Only seems to be half a dozen G3s that got reblinded for the 432 at N. So far, the only HVs with 432 on them are 280, 290, 312 and 407-412. It started off with just 409-412, then 280, 312 and 408. 290 and 407 must be recent

No leg room in any of the seats

For those who hasn't seen the news on FB, EMC1 is being revived, and will no longer be a parts donor. I'm not sure if anyone noticed, but on this year's fleet audit EMC1 was still counted. EMC7 has also transferred to DT to work route B15 apparently. Not that I don’t believe you at all, but can someone like Londontransport3 or DT 11 confirm if the EMC7 news is correct?

I heard it from The Londoner FB group and there were photos of the bus with DT codes. Link to the post (you'll need to be in the group to view it) Hmm. That code may well be an error - it has been known for Arriva refurbs to come back with wrong garage codes.
