ES46 has entered service on the 417 not tracking, it's operating the duty for running number 252 incase anyone wants to catch it. But is tracking via BODS. Not good when TfLs own tracking data is less reliable than DfTs data tracking TfL services. 196 still not tracking via iBus

Route 329 would be transferring from [AD] to [WN] on Saturday 9th December The full service on route 34 would be transferred to [AD] garage from Saturday 9th December (No more buses on the route parked at [EC]). It would drop down to a 10 minute service (currently 8 minutes) and pvr would also drop to 18 buses, currently 22 The route would also have buses running light to Courtney Mews from Walthamstow Central to make way for the SL route (stand space) I wonder where would the 34 stand? Surely extend the 34 to South Grove would be the best option no?

Probably uploaded late. They will not be live until a Friday possibly this one or next one.

Suspected that there would be issues with stand space, however, not sure this is best option. Firstly, why are we prioritising SL1 over 34. Second, it would make more sense for SL1 to provide a service between St James Street and WC. Third, stand space at SJS is not as it was once before and South Grove may be an option too. I can see more 34s terminating at Crooked Billet. I guess moving 34 will create more space for SL2. There would not be enough stand space at WSTC for SL1 and SL2 and the easiest way done with a route that the company operate is to ship it out. It does not mean more Billet turns, it means there could be less as some could end up then resorting to a WSTC then 2 mins then head back in the next direction. As to Courtney Mews would be 5 mins down and 5 mins to come back.

But the question needs to be asked, why when there is problems with iBus, they can not failover to BODs data to provide some kind of information to the public. Is looking and being told no buses are due acceptable in this day and age? The info is out there, it is supplied to BODS, why do TfL prevent this data being made publicly available? iBus cock-ups happen too often.

I have seen every digital excuse by passengers fare dodging because mobile is out of battery… overall carry at least 1 card on you in an emergency… so please do not tell me about passenger consideration where technology has become so implanted into people’s head that basic common sense goes out the window. Even asking another person “Is the 196 running” is basic common sense… Just remember about 15 years ago there was no tracking information whatsoever where you would just simply wait and the bus arrived. 1 Route not showing up on countdown PVR 16 out of 7327 total London PVR according to London bus routes.net, everything else that is right except 16 buses like I said who cares only affects the minority who are still using the bus as normal… the problem will be rectified. I doubt the regulars actually care, but probably have noticed they cannot track their bus at the present moment, sometimes buses go into Fallback at particular bus stops or even for the entire day where it is not possible to track it when bus reaches that stop have had passengers board telling me the next bus is so and so and grateful a ghost bus arrives when it is actually scheduled to be there. 196 it is not the end of the world and the problem will get fixed no one else is bothered, but it has been mentioned on the forum a few times now.

Don't read too much into the "total number of vehicles on order with the bus operator to over 100" as it includes regional subsidiaries Have to say it’ll be strange seeing the 279 with a uniform ES fleet. For 12 years it’s been the odd one out as the only T route at E, now it’s gonna have the same fleet as everything else. I think they’ll look good on the 279 though
