BN have shown they are capable of operating 6 or 7 more ... so bemused as to why they are persisting to operate so many HVs on the 50 ... Is there any charger work going on at E for the 279?

I found this list of 11 GB Kites - they could be EKL1-11 for Arriva London’s 255 View AttachmentAll registered too, that’s well annoying looks like a ton of Arriva buses got registered on 31st August 🙄 Claim to fame. I rode more Arriva buses on 31st August than on any other day this year, albeit in Leeds. I may match this in Sale in November though.

Can anyone confirm if the 255s buses are 10.2m or 10.9m? Would make sense if they are 10.2m, because of the fleetcode being 'EKL', and with most arriva single deckers having L for the 10.2m version, I believe it would make sense. If it was EKX, this might've suggested they were 10.9m Also other operators like Metroline have also ordered the Kites for 143 and C11, which also use 10.2ms, so it would make sense for them to continue with that length since that's what TfL specifies for them. Perhaps the 312 will get some nice EKLs, and we can forget the Floptare Metrocities that were awful on the route, somewhat nice to ride, but really unreliable.

They must have been updated recently because on Tuesday when I was on Route 2 I had HV282 they were same 2 & 249 as usual. All I have to say it’s about time the program was updated to accommodate more routes.

Once, ENX31 managed to go on there for a few hours, how it managed to get through those tight turns I do not know Definitely with you there, only some of the most skillful drivers are able to work with the longer buses and the tight turns, and even for some really good drivers it can be a true headache! I have no doubt that they most likely will be 10.2m as Arriva and the workers at Thornton Heath would've taken that into consideration.
