300 PVR reduction also cannot be achieved by just freq reductions so they may need a team of spin Dr's TfL have already confirmed restructuring of the network in central London will take place over the course of 2021 and 2022 - I'm told several schemes have already been drawn up. Well the East has already had their links decimated so I expect them to spared a chunk of this. I suspect the North & South will bear the brunt of these cuts so suspect my links into Central will be hit hard.

With most of central London using hybrids could easily re deploy on future tenders saving the cost of new buses.

I suspect the brunt will fall on corridors with rail-based alternatives, especially ones that have had upgrades in recent times. And this does make sense. Expect the Red Arrow routes to be a candidate for changes

The 159 may get cut this time back to Oxford Circus or even Regent Street (3/15 stand) to allow the 414 to stand at Marble Arch. Could even see the 94 finally cut aswell as was decided in 2018.

The 109 is South London's 2nd busiest route behind the 36.

Yes as we know tfl already identified the Holborn corridor as having over 100 bph when they cut the 171 back to Elephant. Iv never lost the thought that another Euston to Waterloo route could go. 47 and 188 I could see a change around the Surrey Quays area involving the 1, 381 and 199 aswell.
Sad times really at the moment but I think we just know the cost of the pandemic has been huge to transport.

7 and 23 could easily be cut to 6bph. Possibly the 6 too, although with the 414 cut to Marble Arch that's less likely.

The 109 is South London's 2nd busiest route behind the 36. I would expect to see the Streatham-Brixton corridor potentially looked at. There will be questions (rightly) asked about whether 50/60 bph can still be warranted in the post-Covid era. But I personally can't seeing anything too radical happening along there anywhere. The most I could see is a few frequency reductions on the 59 and 133.

You wouldn't necessarily cut the 109 in any restructuring - you might strengthen it but make cuts to the overlapping bits of the 159 so resources move out of the centre.

Unless maybe an extension to Waterloo and the 59 withdrawn.
