Apparently the have closed their Hounslow base ... no idea how big it is or location I believe the "Hounslow" base was the former Flights Hallmark base on the Heathrow International Trading Estate on Green Lane. If they've closed it, this probably means they've concentrated all the Heathrow work at the "Stanwell" base, which is the former OFJ site. Not sure if they've lost any work recently to enable them to fit everything in one base?

Wonder how long it is before they start eyeing up London work. TGM seem to have a love affair with it.

This firm will be lucky if it survives. Heavily reliant on contract work at Heathrow which would have dried up and the hotel hoppa services which can’t be busy at all, if indeed they’re running ?
Don’t think TGM are involved though ? TGM former bosses are involved with Falcon Travel.

TGM or to give it it's proper title Tellings-Golden Miller are owned by Falcon Coaches (the trading name that is). The owner of Falcon Coaches is Richard Telling, son of Steven Telling who Started TGM in 1972 (as Telling Coaches). It has returned to a family owned company with Richard and no doubt the support of Steve and Christine Telling.

I wonder whether this thread would be suited to the Other Operators section? Rotala do not run any TfL buses. Also, the Surrey changes and Metrobus forums are there rather than here.

Hallmark Connections are rebranding their bus operations to Diamond Bus to match Rotala's other operations across the country with the Hallmark buses are now gradually being repainted into the Diamond blue livery and the Hallmark twitter account handle has changed to DiamondBusSE.

Their 250 route (Oxford - Banbury) seems remote for their other operations in Surrey - I wonder where it is operated from? Maybe Rotala owns a coach operator locally.

Outstationed at Grayline Coaches in Bicester. There is a bit of history in Bicester in that they previously had the contract to operate the Bicester Village shopping outlet shuttle bus service. It was originally operated by Rotala's 'Wessex' division, but when that was closed it transferred to their 'Hallmark' division (and in more recent times has subsequently transferred to Go-Ahead's Oxford Bus Company). I believe they may also have operated the London to Bicester Village coach service as the vehicles, at some point at least, certainly seemed to be from their fleet. But even so, it was rather distant from their Wessex operation at the time also!
