Not sure if this counts, but I think the First Beeline vehicle leaving Slough's Brunel Bus Station in The Office's opening credits is one of the former Centrewest Dennis Dart/Wright Handybus DWs? www.youtube.com/watch?v=9llfUGKW4KI&t=3sDo miss Slough's Brunel bus station! Whilst it may of been grotty and an eyesore, it had character. There always seemed something interesting to spot parked up over on the far side of it.

On Joe Lycett's show this evening, there was a weird shot where they randomly zoomed in to the fleet code of WVL281! 12354 on the 122 to Plumstead was also pictured in the background of another shot.

Just saw the New Balance ad on YouTube featuring Raheem Sterling, and there's a Wright Gemini in old Arriva London like livery. Anyone knows if it's a preserved bus?

WHD2614 was at Stratford outside the London Stadium with Sadiq Khan talking about the ULEZ on BBC London news yesterday.

Southern Transit's ECW-bodied Atlantean LDX 76G was on about half way through The Last Leg this evening.

The new John Lewis Christmas ad this year features a Wright Gemini 1 in London Red. It also has a red moquette, which makes me think it's one of Sullivan's WVL2-4?

Not quite sure whether this counts as an "at home" one but more so the Cinema. I'll try to minimise spoilers.
The Eternals has quite a few scenes shot in Central London and Camden, you can notice LTs on the 38 and Gemini 3s presumably on the 14 and 6. An Ensign vehicle also seems to have been brought/hired for the film and it resembles an Abellio Enviro400, the driver even seems to have Ensign on their uniform. This bus then flips and then seems to have the top of a Routemaster so I'm assuming that's the bit CGI takes over.

Parts of the BBC Crime Drama Silent Witness was filmed at Metroline's Hayes Garage for its most recent series, using a hired E400 and a TPL from Sullivan's buses. You could tell it was HZ by the large bridge in the background

In the very first scene of the movie ‘A boy called Christmas’, Maggie Smith’s character gets off MM824 blinded for route 895C to North Finchley

Bus spotting in British films of the 1950s and 60s could be boring for us provincials as most buses were of the RT/RTL/RTW types along with RFs and early RMs . An irritating habit of TV companies is the dubbing in of a Wilson preselector sound to ANY bus type used including Atlanteans and Fleetlines!

Catching up on Christmas movies and last night I watched the Last Christmas from 2019. The whole movie is shot at various spots across London so there are many scenes of London buses! Sullivan's E43 is obviously one of those being rented for the film and it was shown as operating on the 11 picking up at Regent Street (though the route doesn't go there!). Worth mentioning that the bus had a Routemaster style side blind fitted on! There's also another Sullivan's E400 with First interior being used in the film and there's even a scene showing this blinded for the 23! There are also other operational buses being filmed, including Go-Ahead's E231 on the N89 together with another E with grey skirt. Also saw an E on the N155. Good old days when the congestion zone wasn't in place!

www.youtube.com/watch?v=NeBILqUeeXQ May I expand the theme to attach this worthy little film, which has a bus, charity and Christmas. Hope this link works and a Merry Christmas to all on the forum. BTW, as I recall it was CTPlus 2520, and the driver whose chin is seen in the interior mirror is yours truly.
