Now about the one of my local route that is the 32
The old 32 was St Helier Avenue to Worcester Park Station. Now the route runs Kilburn Park to Edgware that replace 142 from West Hendon
Can any one tell me what route dose St Helier Avenue to Worcester Park Station Today.

The 151 would be the closest of today’s routes although it doesn’t serve St Helier Avenue but serves St Helier after the Rose Hill Roundabout.

The Rotherhithe Tunnel route 82 met the 23 at Stepney East Station (and along East India Dock Road on garage journeys to / from Athol Street or Poplar Garages.)
The version of the 82 that was around until a year or two ago met the 23 (albeit a distant relation of the old 23) round Marble Arch.

I was wondering whether that original 32 connected at any point with the old 189. I suspect the dates are well out but can't check until Ian Armstrong's site comes back up after his webspace switch (it currently points to Rickmansworth Bowls Club!).

Now the site's back up, I can confirm the 32 and 189. They met between South Wimbledon and Morden in the 1950s and now meet along Cricklewood Broadway.

The 285 and 290 are routes that seem destined to pass close to one another at a social distance, both now in Hampton and when both were dedicated night routes, being able to wave to each other either side of Westminster Station and, later, separated by the length of Northumberland Avenue.

321 and 343 used to cross paths at St Albans - now both meet at New Cross.
496, 497 and 498 were all Gravesend local services (496 and 498 are still running with Arriva Kent Thameside) and all now are Romford area routes.
