N27 is the only night route that’s shorter than it’s daytime equivalent. 473 only TT route to enter South East London. 121 only route to have three words on both termini: Turnpike Lane Station and Enfield Island Village I think the 102 is shorter in the night as it only runs from golders green to edmonton rather than from brent cross to edmonton

Are 26 and 388 the only HCT routes to cross the river? Not unique then For a Small operation like that I would say quite unique Bigger firms like Stagecoach only have 1. Since the 53 was cut to County Hall. The 47 is officially the only day/24 Hour service run by Stagecoach service to cross the river. N53 & N199 do but are Night services Higher numbers routes that cross bridges over the Thames are run by Abellio: 3/N3 49 68/N68 159 267 270 285 344 345 481 490 C10 N109 N381 R68 R70 Arriva: 2/N2 19/N19 59 78 133/N133 137/N137 149 243 319 341 HCT: 26 388 Go Ahead London: 1/N1 12 14 21/N21 22/N22 35 36 39 40 42 44 63/N63 74/N74 76 87/N87 88 93 170 172 176 185 188 343/N343 360 378 424 430 521 N89 N136 N155 N171 X26 X68 Metroline: 17 43 139 168 190 295 533 N31 RATP Dev: 33/N33 65/N65 85 110 111 148 216 220 265 281 411 H37 N72 Stagecoach: 47 N53 N199 Tower Transit: 28/N28 452 C3

You have introduced me to a new concept here, care to expand. Was always under the impression, something was unique or it wasn't, but seemingly there is now a grey area.

Nope you have just got the wrong end of the stick. I just provided a list of all the routes crossing the Thames by Firm to show how the majority do have many routes crossing the Thames and you are just nitpicking because you are wrong. ronnie has actually provided a very unique example. Officially HCT group does have the least routes crossing the Thames being 2. Stagecoach has 1 day route and two night routes.

N97 also shorter than 97 Does that count considering the N97 isn’t a daytime equivalent of the 97 like the N5 and the N20.

Is 26/N26 the only instance where the day route crosses the Thames but the night route doesn’t?

The R11 is the only route in Orpington that doesn't serve Orpington Station. Go Coach’s Route 3 and School routes also don’t serve the station.
