Routes 108 and 521 - the only routes that use road tunnels. They're not the only ones - routes 105, 111, 278, 285, A10, N9, N140, U3, X26 and X140 all use a tunnel (which goes under a runway) to access Heathrow Central Bus Station.

The 353 and 359 have become one of very few routes, if not the only routes, to have three vehicle allocation changes during one contract period. Since their current contracts started in 2015, they've had the following allocations: 353 Optare Olympuses: 2015-2018 Enviro400's (07/57/08 reg): 2018-2022 Enviro400H MMC's: January 2022-October 2022 (end of contract)
359 MCV Evolutions 713, 718 and 721: 2015-2018 Enviro200's SE19, SE122 and SEN34: 2018-2022 Enviro200's SE268-SE270: January 2022-October 2022 (end of contract)
Part of the reason for these changes was Go-Ahead's desire to remove the ex Metrobus types which were non-standard in late 2018, and it happened again this year as Go-Ahead removed the older E's and SE's earlier this year with newer buses. Now both routes are set to receive electric buses, which should (barring any changes in policy) stay on the route until 2029.

635 and 235 never stay at the same operator:
When Abellio won the 235 in 2010, 635 was lost to LU.
When LU won the 235 in 2022, 635 is due to be lost to Metroline

Route 491 is the only one to have been operated by Arriva, Go-Ahead and Metroline. I believe route 24 falls into this category.
