Is Ferry Lane tfl garage Rainham unique in being in a road not served by buses. Any others? Which garages have the most routes whizzing past them, or the least. As for the garage with the most bus routes going past, I think that honour belongs to EW and BT: 32, 79, 107, 113, 142, 186, 204, 221, 240, 251, 288, 292, 303, 340, 384, 605, 606 642 N5, N16, N113 - a grand total of 21 bus routes These two garages are unique in the sense that there is a bus station right on their doorstep. AV is the only other garage to feature a bus station directly outside, to my knowledge. I think its generally garages located within or near major interchanges, or busy high streets that have alot of routes. NX for example has 17 bus routes going past it. Garages not served by any routes are usually located in industrial estates/business parks e.g. EC, which is located next to a large reservoir.

It is basically in the middle of a residential area. PV doesn’t have any routes serve it although a few routes get very close No buses serve Atlas Road where RP is situated at the end of it I also think KC and PM don’t have any routes pass them The irony is due to Rye Lane being shut, buses now pass PM heading southbound

I wonder which garage has the most routes that run passed it but none of them operating out of said garage ? WJ has 220, 228, 266 and 487 run past it and don’t operate any of them and none of WJ’s routes actually past the garage although 187, 206 and 226 are only a couple of minutes walk away

I wonder which garage has the most routes that run passed it but none of them operating out of said garage ? I'll nominate poor old DX for this one, none of the 5 routes running past there are operated by them: 173, 287, 673, 687, Z2 (Ensignbus route)

Maybe my local AV garage has the most routes going past: 81, 110, 111, 116, 117, 120, 203, 222, 235, 237, 281, 423, 635, 681, E8, H22, H28, H32, H37, H98, N9 (21 routes) - No bus route goes pass HH.

I wonder which garage has the most routes that run passed it but none of them operating out of said garage ? BC is one, it only has the 455 running past it, but they don't run it anymore.

For Tower Transit, no route from X or LI meets any route from the other garage.
I doubt there are many other examples, if any, of companies with at least 2 garages having 1 garage's routes totally divorced from others in the network.

DT will become this once the 160 & 660 move to Stagecoach as the 202 currently meets both routes at Catford. Of course, a few DT routes meet provincial Arriva services at Dartford & Bluewater

Very likely to be lost next time Aren’t DT + GY cut off from the rest of arriva? How's the 335 "very likely" to be lost? I really can't see why it's being made out as some certainty. I think Arriva will retain it. Grays also meets the 175 from Barking at Romford & Dagenham

Very likely to be lost next time Aren’t DX + GY cut off from the rest of arriva? DX & GY is saved by the 123 which meets the 66 & 150 at Gants Hill and as well as Ilford with the 150.
Meanwhile the 335 is isolated from other DT routes and until the 202 came to Arriva the 335 didn't meet any other Arriva routes. The same with the 325 at DX which is completely isolated from other Arriva routes.
