Not a 70 plate but Delaine already have a 21 plate (not in service - on trade plates I believe) It's the one below, I believe they've done that a few times with other past buses. It does look really nice, their livery hasn't changed much and still looks amazing!

Some more 70-plates, courtesy of LondonsTransport Googlegroups (Bus News, week 12/09/20) Delaine of Bourne, Lincolnshire, put AD70 DBL, an 11.8m ADL Enviro200 MMC, into service on 9th September. It works routes 101/102 between Peterborough, The Deepings, Bourne and Morton. The amount of controversy this bus caused was frankly laughable. What's the controversy?

The amount of controversy this bus caused was frankly laughable. What's the controversy? Because they have moved away from Wrightbus, people were moaning and having a pop at them.

Because they have moved away from Wrightbus, people were moaning and having a pop at them. Haha, I see. Given they may well have been shopping for these at a time Wrightbus were in a mess, you can’t really blame them can you!

Indeed, I mean it's not like they don't know what they're doing so I found it silly when people were having a go at them

I wonder if it's the larger engined one they were supposed to get last year?

I wonder if it's the larger engined one they were supposed to get last year? As I understand, the 6cyl one will be the last of the batch and will be in generic Xlines livery (like 6334). It should be obvious, the ones going through for Hong Kong would appear to have the larger engine and it's very noticeable with a much larger grille.

Some more 70-reg: Diamond Bus Northwest has at least one 70-registered Wright Streetdeck in service, MX70 ANV was photographed in service on route 163 (Manchester-Bury) twice on Friday 4th September, apparently its first day in service. Go North East has Wright Streetdeck NX70 BYR, this was photographed at Washington Depot alongside an unregistered example and may not be in service yet. The Globe Holidays E200 MMCs have gained blue stripes and fleetnames and have been photographed on Barnsley route 198. www.flickr.com/groups/14749591@N23/The Diamond Bus Northwest vehicle was the first of a batch of 22 (40767-40789) for Bolton, all of which have/will have MK70 xxx registrations. According to Bus News 19/09/20 (LondonsTransport Google Group) these are now described as Bamford Bus Co. Streetdecks. The same sources also lists 5 Bamford Bus Co. Streetlites (20176-20180) for Diamond Bus Kidderminster, four carry 20-registrations but 20180 is registered BX70 GGY. These are 9.7m and 28 seats with luggage racks and are a diverted order, having been intended originally for Hotel Hoppa services at Stanwell.

Some more "seventies":
Ratho Coaches of Edinburgh has a Plaxton Leopard bodied Volvo B8R YX70LTT. Coatham Coaches of Saltburn-by-the-Sea, Cleveland has an identical vehicle registered YX70 LTJ which suggests these may be from a batch of dealer stock.
South Pennine Community Transport of Honley, near Huddersfield in West Yorkshire, has three new Fiat (Ducato?) midibuses for new routes in Elland, which commenced on 1st September. One is registered SJ70 HVP.
Prentice of Haddington (near Edinburgh) has Mellor Strata-bodied Mercedes LN70 PPU.

White Bus had six 70-plate Enviro 200MMCs delivered to their Woking depot today. It's said these will replace two of the five 68-plate 8.9m MMCs (whose reg numbers follow on from the local Falcon Coaches examples), and all of the shorter length classic Enviros delivered for their original venture into Surrey (single 8.9m and three 9.7m 67-plates). YX70 OHP - 9.7m, 34 seat YX70 OHR - 9.7m, 34 seat YX70 OHS - 9.7m, 34 seat YX70 OHT - 10.6m, 41 seat YX70 OHU - 10.6m, 41 seat YX70 OHV - 10.6m, 41 seat handsbusblog.wordpress.com/2020/09/25/six-seventies/
