I don’t know if this is a bug or not but I have a job interview at Newbury Park and Google Maps suggested that I take the underground to Newbury Park. So I checked the single fare finder and it said this: tfl.gov.uk/fares/find-fares/tube-and-rail-fares/single-fare-finder?intcmp=54716I checked the tube map to find out how I can avoid Zone 1 but I couldn’t find it; I gave to go into Zone 1 to switch to the Central Line at Holborn. So my question is is there a way that I can avoid Zone 1 because I can’t see it on the map I don’t know if it’s bugged or not.

TFL are saying I can avoid Zone 1 by going via Highbury and Islington and Stratford but that’s not possible.

Need to change at Finsbury Park, Highbury & Islington and Stratford and remember to touch on the pink oyster readers at H&I and Stratford

Central goes nowhere near Stratford though. Are you looking at the correct map? The central line does go to Stratford Just reseen it. For some reason I mistook it for the H&C Line. Also about the second option, are Oysters accepted on Great Anglia trains from Tottenham Hale?

Just ensure you touch on the pink readers at the bottom of the stairs on Platform 8 at Highbury or if you forget at Stratford and you’ll be fine..

If you are travelling during the peak, it might be cheaper to catch the 123 to Gants Hill then the 66,296 or 396 to Newbury Park. It should take around 90 to 120 mins altogether.
