I’m guessing the 5, 86, 173 and 252 should be easy to learn.
I’m thinking the 62 or 145 could be harder to learn.

Surely the easiest must be W7, despite its alphanumeric designation.

What do you think is the hardest or easiest route to learn? I think one of the hardest has to be the H28. I think one of the easiest has to be the 116. The ones are very easy 13 16 32 332 460 N16 and the easy ones 92 316 245

For me easiest was the 269 very direct and simple, difficult was the B13 many side streets.

The 25 is another pretty straightforward route.

The 62 and 145 aren't too hard as they seem, while it seems they dive down loads of side roads they are easy to learn as they tend to be ones with junctions and lights so it'll not be easy to miss them. I would imagine routes like the K5 are going to be hard ones, another hard one might be the W3 the way it weaves in and out of many different side roads.

The 300, 325 and 376. They all serve the same / similar set of places and yet have routeings impossible to remember

The easiest route I think I could drive is the 67. I probably could do that route even when it started from Aldgate and the 16 as it's one straight line from Cricklewood.
The toughest route for me would be the 36. Though I think the Maida Hill section would be easier knowing it's near the end of the route

If I take my own area into account, most routes are straight forward but I reckon one or two people would struggle with the P5 in places

I just looked at the map for the 111 and it does seem to loop back itself. Similar to the 381.

Oh wow. I just looked at the map for the 111 and it does seem to loop back itself. Similar to the 381. It ends at Kingston - where does it loop back? The hounslow section. It slyly loops back from where the bus station is. Where the 81, 222 and H98 parallels with 111 each other up until Cranford from Harlington Corner and then the 111 takes a different routing to get to Hounslow.

I think he is referring to the Hanworth to Hampton section which in fairness does take a less orthodox route than you would imagine. EDIT: guess he wasn't then
