This is a post from another group. I have just copy and pasted the post and the summary is also by the person who did the original FOI request. www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/route_383_branding#incoming-1683900The response refers also to the Hayes and Barkingside exercises. It says that "the branding is being removed from these areas over time as vehicles, e-tiles and timetables are replaced.". That sort of implies that it was not a roaring success. The 383 branding is a bit different, being individual to that route and not part of a network. Also buses cannot readily get on the wrong route! It also appears (from the attachment to the reply) that Uno were keen to brand the buses in the light of the apparent success they had branding the 614/644 as the Comet service. TfL appears to have met a fair chunk (at least) of the cost

No idea about the Hayes ones but I doubt they’re all still branded.

So far its just one (36640) that's been repainted/debranded and none of other 462 buses have been debranded so far despite it was nearly 4 months ago since 36640 was repainted.

The 383 leaflet is a very interesting read, including the details about 614/644 Comet.
