The notes on the A10 journey times are interesting as it is already a very competitive offering for anyone travelling Uxbridge - Heathrow. From experience, travelling outside of office hours often makes for an even quicker journey than the average 30 mins. Perhaps road user charging at the airport may see demand high enough so see a proper express route implemented but I am sceptical.
A through daytime route passing Heathrow Central is out of the question (HAL are explicit with this) with the current layout and even more so with the rebuilt layout given that there is an understandably strong desire to confine bus route interchanges of that nature to the Bath Road or radial hubs like Hatton X.
No doubt that reconfiguration of the Central Terminal Area which is slated to happen sometime within the decade will herald some route changes, but these are largely predicted to affect routes coming in from Staines, Stanwell, Hatton X and Feltham.

I think there should be an N114 that goes to uxbridge as it would be easier for the drivers as well as the residents as well. U1/U3 merger with Heathrow T5 should be done imo, instead of the U1 going to Hayes or charville U7 got DDs now so should venture into LB Ealing like southall, and cut 427 to ealing broadway, we dont need a thanos snap on that route. Dont touch the 222 maybe if not extend the N114 extend the N222 to ruislip or harrow I would like to see a route ultilise the unused part of eastcote road perpendicular, to bury street, but just throwing that out there. The X140 should also be extended to edgware to match 140/340 corridor but that should be on the harrow bus study, The U1 to Hayes should still go ahead IMO since it will provide new links between Charville and Ruislip/Ickenham. The reason for this is that I don't see the point of the U1 going between Hillingdon Hospital and West Drayton, as this area would be better served by the U2 as per bus study, to provide better links. The new U1 route should be renumbered U7 as it resembles the U7 more than the U1. As for your U1/U3 merger I disagree with it going to T5 (even though I proposed this on the other thread) since Harmondsworth would lose its Heathrow Central link. The A10 could instead be extended to Terminal 5 non stop. Its probably faster to take an E7 to yeading then wait for the 90 to get to charville ngl, I think the U7 should be prime candidate to reach go into southall, or surrounding areas, so i would not merge the U1/merge to heathrow central, gives harmondsworth links to ickenham and ruislip whilst retaining link to heathrow cent Would you propose the A10 goes to both central and T5 or just T5 non-stop

The 222 one is interesting. The Hounslow- Cranford corridor will lose a bus but would it be worth it sending it to Heathrow? Uxbridge finally getting a night service is huge for the area. I would make Route 183 into a full night service being numbered N183 and extend from Harrow Bus Station via the proposed routing to Uxbridge, than creating a new night route with the daytime service remaining as it is of course. I agree with the N183

I agree with the N183 Its probably easier and more viable for the N114 as it uses UX and follows the uxbridge branch more directly than 183

Its probably easier and more viable for the N114 as it uses UX and follows the uxbridge branch more directly than 183 Route 114 doesn't serve all of the stations on the Uxbridge branch, the new proposed night route is to mainly replicate the Metropolitan line serving all stations between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Uxbridge and route N114 wouldn't replicate all of it, hence why I suggested 183 instead with the night service not continuing to Pinner. I much favour route 183 over 114.

But it makes more logical sense if it was the 114 as Uxbridge provides the buses for the 114 and it only skips eastcote and rayners lane, west harrow is already covered technically. it would be more expense for Tfl to make the 183 go to uxbridge than the 114. And the drivers metroline drivers would appreciate it more than the ratp drivers Id prefer if the 183 went to northwood for a night service tbh, thats if they were going to do a night service for it, and it means you miss South Ruislip.
