I suspect restrictions will go on a lot longer than the beginning of March, although it may be possible to allow a few easements from then. Coaches won't reappear though until the "You must stay at home" message is discontinued and some non-essential travel is allowed. Hopefully the drivers who don't want to be furloughed can be moved on to bus work to help operators maintain service levels (to allow for social distancing) when faced with high levels of staff absence.

It will continue to operate services in Scotland, plus a service between Glasgow and London calling at Manchester and Birmingham.

National Express and Megabus are now planning to resume limited services from Monday 29th March, the day the "Stay at Home" order is due to be rescinded.
