TfL launching new Consultation webpage 17th May

Just seen on TfL website a note that new website for consultations opens Monday 17th May (which TfL are referring to as a digital engagement platform)

Existing one will be shut down in September

Wonder if they have been holding off opening any since election pending new platform going live

Let's hope they clear the current consultations that are still awaiting results. Sutton and South Newham spring to mind plus the 414.

The old TfL consultation webpage is about to be deleted, and so are most of its files.

Old site: consultations.tfl.gov.uk

New site: haveyoursay.tfl.gov.uk

Our consultations are moving to a new website. From 17 May 2021 all new consultations can be found on our new digital engagement platform Have your say.

This current website will close on 30 September 2021.

From 30 September 2021 information about our previous consultations will be available on our new website.

Files for consultations held between May 2019 and May 2021 are being kept, but only as pdf files divorced from the original webpage descriptions.

In May 2021, we changed the provider we use to host our on-line consultations. Below is a table containing the titles of all consultations we ran between May 2019 to May 2021. You can click on the title and it will take you to an archive with copies of the online consultation materials and any consultation report on results and next steps. These are pdf records so please note links will not work.

EVERY CONSULTATION PRIOR TO MAY 2019 IS BEING DELETED, and will soon only be available via an FoI request.

We hold records of the consultations we have run for seven years. Information on those prior to May 2019 are available on request by emailing us at [e-mail] and stating the title of the consultation you require the record of.

The change to a new host means a substantial amount of reference material is about to be lost from the public domain.

If there are any pre-2019 bus consultations you might want to refer back to in the future...

e.g. Changes to buses in Central London (Nov 2016)

e.g. Proposed changes to buses in West, South-East and North-East London for the opening of the Elizabeth Line (Jul 2017)

e.g. Proposed changes to bus routes 384, 292 and 606 in Barnet  (Sep 2018)

...you might want to save the data now before it vanishes.

It looks like all old sites are now turned into the new site. every time you click the old one will take you to the new sites. Oh well
