The announcement has changed slightly to 'the driver has been told to wait at this bus stop to help even out the service', as opposed to 'instructed to', and with a sentenced added on 'we apologise for any inconvenience caused'
This might not be the exact wording but it is something along those lines

Noticed this yesterday as well. I think they made a mistake on the screen message as it shows the date of the update 26th July I think?

It's better now because it apologises for potential distruption to peoples journeys, feeling less guilty as a driver now because TFL in a way takes the blame.

Noticed this yesterday as well. I think they made a mistake on the screen message as it shows the date of the update 26th July I think? Yes it was uploaded Monday at 00:01 on 26th. There are a few more announcements changed or added. The other older ones are still there, just some hidden from drivers screen and not able to be selected. |

Yes I've not heard that before until today when it announced it after announcing the St Thomas Hospital stop towards Kennington on a 159 |

I think the one about face masks has been altered slightly. According to a driver it's presently the only message that's both automated (broadcasted at timed intervals) yet also a preset message for the driver to press anytime. |
