Victoria Line extended to Stratford International via Whipps Cross. I'd quite like the Victoria line to be extended to Chingford via the London Overground (either above or below ground) Possibly an extension to Beckenham Junction from Brixton via Herne Hill, Tulse Hill, West Norwood, Gipsy Hill, Crystal Palace, Birkbeck and Beckenham Junction

Victoria Line extended to Stratford International via Whipps Cross. Since this is fantasy I would say extend it to Clayhall via whipps cross, Wanstead, Claybury to Clayhall (I'm not sure if claybury and clayhall are the same place) If I was being cheeky the I would add Fairlop (New station on high street) Hainault Forest and Collier Row Also I'm going to act as if I can't clearly just suggest we just extend Central line to clayhall.

I'd also like to see a new stop on the Elizabeth line at Mile End. This would be above ground on Grove Road and would be an OSI with Mile End underground

London Overground East London restructuring: Basically split into two routes: Clapham Junction/New Cross to Upminster and Rainham West Croydon/Crystal Palace to Dalston Junction/Highbury and Islington
Trains from Clapham Junction would run to Rainham, calling at all stations to Shadwell, then: Limehouse Mile End South (Burdett Road) Bromley by Bow to Barking, calling at all stations Renwick Road Dagenham Dock Rainham
Semi fast services would also operate not stopping between West Ham and Barking
Trains from New Cross run to Upminster, via the LOR to Barking then all District line stations to Upminster. Fast trains would run not calling at any station between West Ham and Upminster apart from Barking
Trains from West Croydon will now terminate at Dalston Junction
Trains from Crystal Palace aren't affected
C2c isn't affected in tph despite duplicating most of the route.
Fast and semi fast trains would run peak times only (AM eastbound and PM westbound)
This would also provide quicker links from East London into Central (by changing at West Ham). And provides south London with an East London link other than to Whitechapel, Shoreditch and Dalston

Victoria Line extended to Stratford International via Whipps Cross. At the moment the sdgs at Walthamstow stop approx under the Baptist Church in Orford Rd it would be relatively easy to tunnel to Woodford via Whipps Cross then maybe take over the Epping branch of the Central north of Woodford Junction. The Central would then run Ealing-Hainault via Newbury Pk & West Ruislip-Hainault via Woodford.

Victoria Line extended from Brixton to West Croydon. I’d make a new tunnel from Brixton to Herne Hill and then run it on the Southern tracks via Tulse Hill, Streatham, Streatham Common, Norbury, Thornton Heath and Selhurst. Then you could extend it from West Croydon to Epsom and/or Epsom Downs via Sutton taking over the existing Southern services.
District Line extended from Upminster to Grays via Ockendon and Chafford Hundred on the C2C line. Hammersmith & City Line extended from Barking to Grays via Dagenham Dock, Rainham & Purfleet on the C2C line. C2C services towards Southend can run fast between Upminster and Grays.
GOBLIN Line extended from Barking Riverside to Thamesmead through a tunnel, and then to Abbey Wood linking Thamesmead with the Elizabeth Line, Thameslink and Southeastern.

What happens to the existing Southern services via Tulse Hill as well as the Epsom & Epsom Downs services via Clapham Junction? It's been said many times that the Victoria is unsuitable for an extension but were it ever feasible, I don't think we lose local metro services when South London could do with all the capacity it could get and instead just tunnel a route southwards - my ultimate route would Herne Hill, Tulse Hill, West Norwood, Streatham, Norbury, Thornton Heath & one of East or West Croydon or maybe a brand new one underneath the Whitgift instead

Yeah a station under the Whitgift would be good, especially if it was ever to become a Westfield by the time I’m about 80 😆

Diverting the Watford branch of Metropolitan Line to Watford Junction as planned and extending the Bakerloo Line from Harrow & Wealdstone to Watford Junction as planned. Just imagine going from Lewisham to Watford Junction (that’s if the Lewisham extension went ahead)

London Overground at New Cross.
Bring the LO onto the main line at New Cross and extend toS t Johns, Lewisham, Hither Green, Grove Park, Sundridge Park and Bromley North.
Work Required would be doubling the line between Canal Junction and New Cross, points to bring trains onto the main line at New Cross and flyover at Grove Park, so trains can cross the main line, without holding fast trains.

Diverting the West Ruislip branch of Central Line to Uxbridge. I agree, as an Uxbridge resident it's a pain to get into Central London on the Met line and especially the Picc. I prefer to take the train to Ickenham, walk to West Ruislip and jump onto the central line. Diverting the central line to Uxbridge would save about 15 minutes in comparison to walking

I hope the Bakerloo Line is extended beyond Lewisham to Hither Green and Grove Park before taking over the Bromley North line as well as the branch down to Hayes, this would have much wider benefits than a branch to Bromley via Beckenham.
