Haven’t found anything like this and thought it’d be interesting. I’d love to find out buses in London that has only ever worked one route and nothing else in regular TfL service, no strays at all not even onto school routes.
Obviously the older the better as that makes it even more impressive to have done so long without ever straying. If there any now withdrawn buses that did only work one route in their TfL career they’re fine too.
The reason I specify “regular TfL service” as I wouldn’t expect this to include getting whisked away to do a rail replacement service or out of London to do shuttle services at events like LTs have done the Warminster 23A, as these aren’t regular workings.
For fairness I think it’s fair that the night ‘N’ counterpart aren’t classed as ‘different routes’ to the daytime routes, nor are circular routes that have two different numbers for opposite directions. So for example 73/N73 and H9/H10 can class as the same route if any buses apply to those. However the N136, N97 etc to another day route doesn’t count as those N’s are standalones.

The only bus I can think of that fits this at all is WM46001, the short TT StreetLite ordered as a top up for the 339. It has two entries in LVF for the 236 but both for short amounts of time so pretty safe to say they were logins unless someone can confirm otherwise

Arriva ENX31/32 which I'm pretty sure have never strayed from the 289 and most of the EMC's at TC apart from the ex RATP ones have never strayed from the 312 although one or two have made a very rare appearance on the 166. I don't think the MECs at MB have ever strayed from the 358.

Good shout considering Stagecoach only have 2 LT routes, although some of the 55’s LT’s have been on the 8 so definitely not all of them.

The hydrogen buses on the RV1?
The single door buses on the 309 (sorry I am quite poor in technicals …)

The LTs on the 267. They never strayed onto another route apart from one that did a school journey on the 285. But I do want to mention 8872. Ever since this time last year, it never strayed onto a single route apart from the E7 and even before, it never really strayed onto other routes apart from the 350 and U7 (when they all used to share the same garage).

The citaros on the 227 when with Stagecoach from 2012 to 2019 didn't stray I believe. Yes, three of the 227’s Citaro’s have done the 61. However another batch of Citaro’s that have never strayed onto another route are the 358’s MEC’s. Somewhat surprised they have yet to receive updated blinds, yes I know they’re due to leave the fleet soon but that looks like it’ll be a while off yet.

One bus I thought was a contender for the oldest non-strayer was SE48, one of the 60-reg 170 buses.
According to LVF it had done nothing but the 170 since LVF’s inception in 2012 (assuming between 2010-12 it didn’t stray) but its incredible run came to a shuddering end last year when it did just one single journey on the G1 as one of the V extras. All the other 60-reg SEs have done the 322 and 315 when GAL had it
