I don't they were very modern in the early 90s but looked knackered by the time they were withdrawn. Now now let's be nice 😂😂😂. The way it used to swing around the terminus point at North Woolwich slyly reminded me of a coach with it's Scania engine. I think they had a double decker equivalent but in the Northern Counties Palatine form that was mostly on the 15 and 104 and the 147 at some point. The Wright Scania single deckers had no double decker equivalent - the Northern Counties Palatine Scania N113DRB had a single decker equivalent which was the Northern Counties Paladin Scania L113

Similar to when the Dennis Arrow and Lances used to be in London.

The E200s and E200 MMCs on the B12 and the E200 MMCs on the 469 (both since 2021 have only been allocated to one route: the 469/B12) Both appeared on the C10 at Abellio. Is this a thread for buses that have only operated on one route ever or not? I'm not quite sure

They were bone shakers. It would make the Omnidecker feel like a Rolls Royce. When they came out the bodystyling was years ahead, they loocked nice. The ride on them was harsh, even when new, I used to get them a lot back then on the 101. Of course those plastic seats didn't help but it was unique though I think the 144 up in North London had similar buses too up until 1999. The 144 had the same batch. They were ordered by London Buses before privatisation.

I remember there were pictures of it somewhere R151GNW, not sure if it went on other routes

Was that not down to the ZF gearbox they had why they sounded similar. I did think so but when I compared the two on YouTube it literally sounded the same and it has been confirmed the Dennis Lance was the single decker equivalent of the Dennis Arrow.

A year or so later DLP1 gained an extra floor and was joined by 19 others at Enfield, with T***XBV marks Those SB220's must have been a mission on tight turns onto Fore Street, Angel Edmonton or getting onto the bus stand at Muswell Hill
