Today’s going to be a field day for turns - A13 closed, usual Greenwich gridlock etc
2x 286 to east Greenwich
286 to avery hill
180 to east Greenwich
147 to East Ham (I am guessing as I saw a 147 turning round through the road where the 300 bus stand is)

Today’s going to be a field day for turns - A13 closed, usual Greenwich gridlock etc 2x 286 to east Greenwich 286 to avery hill 180 to east Greenwich 147 to East Ham (I am guessing as I saw a 147 turning round through the road where the 300 bus stand is) Canning Town and Silvrtown Way very busy today with GAL SI garage buses running light via route 147 to avoid traffic. |

Today’s going to be a field day for turns - A13 closed, usual Greenwich gridlock etc 2x 286 to east Greenwich 286 to avery hill 180 to east Greenwich 147 to East Ham (I am guessing as I saw a 147 turning round through the road where the 300 bus stand is) Also saw the following on the other side of the river: 5 to Barking (x3) 15 to Ludgate Circus 25 to Bank (from Ilford) 25 to Bow Church (from City Thameslink) 169 to Ilford Broadway 425 to Homerton Hospital (one each from Ilford/Clapton) EL1 to River Road, Waverley Gardens EL2 to Barking Town Centre |

Today’s going to be a field day for turns - A13 closed, usual Greenwich gridlock etc 2x 286 to east Greenwich 286 to avery hill 180 to east Greenwich 147 to East Ham (I am guessing as I saw a 147 turning round through the road where the 300 bus stand is) Also saw the following on the other side of the river: 5 to Barking (x3) 15 to Ludgate Circus Most of the service is curtailing there, so as to give the Barking- Romford corridor some decent level of service. There was a previous closure on the A13 a few weeks ago that saw the 5 service pretty much split Canning Town- Newham Town Hall & Barking- Romford, with very few through buses due to the delay. Apparently due to a building fire on the A13 from 7am, there's since been closures and heavy disruption. Half the 238's PVR was stuck westbound between the Asda (Barking Abbey) and Barking Tesco! I'll make a separate rant later but I'm sure glad TfL aren't selling the London Road stand. It's not like it's roughly 40 mins to turn around if it wasn't there on days like today. And buses aren't queuing to park because all 9 stand spaces are in use. Oh, that disruption happens regularly in Barking does it? Oh wait, they are selling it?!  |

The A13 is due to be closed for around 12 hours between Prince Regents Lane and Beckton due to a serious RTC. Yes apparently a motorcycle was “driving dangerously” (wheelies as per one of the FB groups), hit a car and ended up crashing into the central reservation. 19 year old guy in critical condition in hospital ….. Also saw 2x 376s to East Ham plashet grove; standing at the 300 stand. In fact I only saw 376s at one stage on the stand with no 300s! |

Imagine reactions to any other company cutting the service to part of a route to ensure the rest of the route gets a good service 🙄 To be fair, there's nothing like a bit of chaos on the A13 to throw a proper spanner in the works for bus routes in East London. |
